While we do not sell your personal information for money in the traditional sense, sharing your information with Partners for lead generation or with advertising networks (like Google) for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information If we collect sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation or social security numbers), you have the right to limit the use of this information. Wiztax only uses sensitive information as necessary to perform the tax services reasonably expected by an average consumer.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing us with your mobile phone number, either through form submission on our website, over the phone when contacting us, or via any other form of communication, you explicitly consent to receive text (SMS) messages from our company.

Nature of Text Messages: The text messages that we send may include, but are not limited to, notifications about your account, reminders about transactions, updates on our products or services, special offers, promotions, and tax resolution options.

Consent to Contact: By submitting your contact information, you agree to our [Terms of Use] and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This includes permission for Wiztax, Inc. and its partners to contact you via automated technology, including autodialed calls, texts, and prerecorded messages, at the number provided, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Data Rates May Apply: Please note that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges that may be incurred because of receiving text messages from us.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Google Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
